This is Cherny.
Cherny is a peasant of the corrupted machine nation, Ypscigamami.
Like many peasants, Cherny was taken from her home near the lumber camp. Both her parents died fighting against the dwarven raid. With her first home burned to the ground, and storehouse looted of all it's supplies, Cherny had no choice but to accept a position as a contracted worker in the dwarven mines.
It's a hard life, with near 24 hours working service. A timeframe easily supported by the dwarven stimulants. Here, she makes little money, only to be taxed five gold a day. What she does make, she has to save up for her biweekly rations of gruel and ale.
For every 100 food you donate, we can keep Cherny fed for a week. A whole week without starvation, hopelessness, and the worry of not having the strength to fight off the rats.
The reason we need food so desperately instead of resources to build farms is because of the over industrialization of this nation. The land is so poisoned with metals and gunk from the mechanical army that no food will grow. We're also disturbed at how fouled the water is. Soon, it will be completely undrinkable.
As we count the astounding number of troubles in Cherny's life, it's easy to overlook the basics of shelter. You see, she has no home. Only a rock slightly softer than other rocks indigenous to her mine to use as a pillow.
If you donate 100 gold, wood, and stone, we can build a house for Cherny and a handful of other unfortunate peasants. A warm place to sleep, safe from the acidic rains and frequent murders that plague this nation.

Cherny has multiple ailments, such as scurvy, smogeye and mechanics skin.
She is in dire need of medicine, leeches and invasive surgery that she'll never be able to afford. If we can come up with just 2,000 gold, we'll be able to provide her with the care she so desperately needs.
If it was just Cherny, we could do it ourselves. But all of Ypscigamami's peasantry suffers under these conditions. It's so bad here, the national smiley face rating is a startling fifty three.
We should all take a moment to realize just how fortunate we are, and think about what we can do to help. Because without your intervention, Cherny and many peasants like her just won't make it.
